pesso's flavor generator

italian ice shop

pesso’s didn’t ask me to build this lil randomized flavor combos script (although the owner got a real kick out of it), but since my friends and i frequent it so often, i thought this was a cool idea.  since we’re all creatures of habit when we go to pesso’s, i figured this would break our usual orders and inspire us.  this has come in handy MANY times for my friends and i!  i’m sure you could even use it at your local icey/ice cream spots! :)

services:

custom php script, web development

RADS2.org

myspace contact tables

OMG YES I KNOW, myspace is ancient (as am i), but if you talk to anyone that knows me online, i probably met them through this website/myspace account.  everything was free, and it kickstarted my graphic design into high gear back in the day.

RADS2 was a high-traffic website that was used by people all over the world, and i even had a celebrity or two using them!!! *humble brag*. it is a project i will always be proud of.  the layouts i was churning out were pretty cute – lots of paint splatter, neons contrasting with patterns and neutrals, combos of different types of fonts, etc. – i started becoming more comfortable designing sites for others once i built up confidence from my users, which led me to pursuing a career in web development and graphic design.

you can browse the site, as it never really came down, but what you would use them for?  i have no idea.  i mean, i could conjure you up a classic myspace layout/theme for any site of your choice alla freelancing….  i have one currently running on one of my personal sites. contact me about it!

S2fanlisting (the misfits)

community fanlisting

this was an official online fanlisting via TFL.  it’s a community of webmasters (lulz) that would apply for a fanlisting and maintain a list of its members.  people could find like websites and other fiends to network with.  back when weblogs were all the rage, it was a great networking tool.

this was a pretty high-numbered fanlisting for me, and meant a lot to me because the misfits are one of my favorite punk bands.  i stopped using my personal websites for a while and fell off, but i had fun while i ran it.

services:

website design, graphic design, website build, content/fan management

the bouncing souls have been one of my favorite bands since i was a teenager.  it was fun running this fanlisting while i had it. :)  i’m honored to have been the one to maintain it for a hot minute. 132 members to boot!

S2fanlisting (mario paint)

community fanlisting

mario paint was my introduction to graphic design at a very young age.  i got it for SNES one christmas and never looked back.  i learned to use paint pretty well on windows when i got a little older, and then when i was in high school, my nerdy boyfriend at the time introduced me to photoshop.  the rest is history.

while this more obscure fanlisting didn’t have a ton of members, i’m glad i got to design/run it for a long while :) ♥
